Lightspeed is seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager to join it’s innovative Information Systems (IS) team. Reporting to the Manager of Information Systems, the candidate would be responsible for researching and analyzing needs of various business units regarding operational workflows and address these needs by providing comprehensive requirements and recommendations to the technical implementation teams. The person will also be responsible for conducting market research to evaluate and select the best tools available.The goal is to build the next generation of internal tools, automate processes and integrate systems to enable internal users to work more efficiently. Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with different business units
  • Identify the needs and areas of improvement in our internal processes 
  • Research best practices, tools, features and industry standards
  • Translate and define requirements into use cases, flow charts and gap analysis, process mapping includes
    • Documentation of current and new systems flows
    • Mapping of the process and the data flow (using flowcharts / bpmn)
  • Build and maintain a roadmap and a clean product backlog 
  • Coordinate technical specs with developers
  • Document and prepare training material for new business flows
  • Help to define new models and processes to improve current processes and flows
  • Work with an agile scrum team and participate in scrum rituals, e.g. sprint planning etc..


  • B.Sc. in Management, Business Technology Management or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to develop flows and building new processes that simplify and facilitate the data journey
  • Proven ability to handle urgent situations and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills


  • Experience with
  • Experience in integrating CRMs, ERPs, SMSs
  • 3-5 years experience in a relevant role
  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in SaaS businesses
  • Interest in technology
