Review Getting Started

Getting Started is a guide in our Help Center and your go-to resource as you get started. It’ll give you a detailed overview of the entire software and hardware setup, complete with step-by-step instructions and helpful videos.

Sign in to your POS

Before you sign in for the first time, you'll need to create a password.

1. Visit the login page*
2. Enter the username you received by email
3. Click Forgot password
4. Follow the instructions to set your new password
5. Sign in using your new password

Add your inventory

Whether you’re coming to Lightspeed from another platform or this is your first experience with a point of sale system, discover how easy it is to add items, customers, and vendors to your new POS.

Good news! Your JUUL products are waiting for you in your POS and all you need to do is adjust your stock numbers.

  • 1. Tip 1 - Start early! Setting up your inventory may take a bit longer than you expect. Get a head start, so you won’t be delayed later.
  • 2. Tip 2 - Use our CSV or Excel template as your baseline. Ensure that the fields in your spreadsheet match ours, or you may risk errors or delays with your import.
